Returns and exchanges
Ashley St. Claire guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from ashleystclaire.com.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item that is in the original condition that it was received from ashleystclaire.com – unused, unwashed and accompanied by original packaging, including tags.
Also, items will not be returnable if they have deodorant stains or have been washed.
You may return merchandise purchased from ashleystclaire.com within 365 days of the date of purchase.
Inquiries for refunds or exchanges must be made within 365 days of the delivery date shown on USPS tracking.
Exchanges will be processed within approximately 2-5 business days after we receive the exchanged item.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are returning a gift, if your item was damaged upon receipt or if you believe the item you ordered has a manufacturer's defect, please reach out to Customer Service directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus shipping. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless you receive a defective or wrong item.
If your return falls outside of our 365 day guarantee or if the product comes back to us used, you will be charged a restocking fee.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and up to 72 hours for the returns credit to show up on your credit card statement.
Refunds will be remitted in the same form as the original purchase when possible. Please note that gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser.
